The staff at Jones Automotive is courteous and professional. They do excellent work at a fair price and communicate very well with their customers. I wouldn't get my vehicles serviced anywhere else!!

my wife's chevy equinox drive axle snapped off couple hundred feet away from the shop which was fortunate , i walked in there no appointment just a stressful emergency situation at that time but Luke and his team took care of my family and worked on the car and got it all fixed the next day noon and the car is now operating smoothly! they get the repairs done quick and they did not milk the clock like any other shops .. and just like that! me and my wife we agreed to bring our cars here for any other future repairs

Gavin and the team have worked on my F150 Truck multiple times now. They do a great job and I really appreciate their hard work and transparency. I find them to be very fair and reasonable in their fees. I feel like I've been well taken care of each time.

Went through my mom's service records for her car and was literally sick to my stomach seeing the bills she was charged for various repairs over 10 years. It was honestly disturbing to look through these bills. She kept meticulous records and I have EVERY document. It makes me sad to know that this happened.

Took my 4Runner in a few weeks ago for what I thought could be a serious leak—turned out it was condensation from my AC (embarrassing 😅). They let me know there wasn’t a problem there, but that a belt could use replacing, so they did and for a very reasonable, affordable price. I really appreciate their honesty and that they went above and beyond by catching another issue before it got more serious. They also let me know that my car is in great condition otherwise, and that peace of mind alone is worth what I paid. I highly recommend this place and would give them six stars if I could.

The staff at Jones have always been so helpful in getting my car looked at and fixed up quickly!! They are upfront and honest about what needs to happen vs what can wait and fair with their prices! I’ve been here twice and only have good things to say!
