Incredibly friendly place! When starting our roadtrip we had to stop here as our car had an issue. They were very personable and found the issue immediately. Quickly they came up with an efficient solution and since it was such a small little fix they didn’t even charge us. They even offered us donuts as we left… local place to support!

Jones Automotive earned our family’s business today. 03 Accord alternator failed. Jones diagnosed rapidly and got back to me with a competitive price. Despite already having a full workload for the day, they managed to squeeze our job in. Their techs are ASE certified, which for me— means competently trained. Finally, Luke stressed that they use _new_ as opposed to remanufactured alternators on the job. Very professional, efficient, competent team, and I’m grateful to them.

my wife's chevy equinox drive axle snapped off couple hundred feet away from the shop which was fortunate , i walked in there no appointment just a stressful emergency situation at that time but Luke and his team took care of my family and worked on the car and got it all fixed the next day noon and the car is now operating smoothly! they get the repairs done quick and they did not milk the clock like any other shops .. and just like that! me and my wife we agreed to bring our cars here for any other future repairs
